-We except all major credit cards and e-CHECK through PayPal. We also except Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks. Payments using e-CHECK with PayPal take up to 5 days to clear before we ship your order. Making payments with a Personal Check will delay your order since all checks will be held for 10 days, to clear, before we will ship your order, no exceptions.


How much is shipping?

-Shipping is a flat rate of $10, unless item is extra large or heavy. This covers UPS Ground and insurance fees.


When can I expect my order to arrive?

-All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days and expect 7 to 10 days for delivery. We use UPS Ground and once your order has been shipped we will email you with a tracking number.


What is your Return Policy?

-If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product. You may ask for a complete refund or store credit. Please contact me within 5 days.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

-All items are professionally hand packed and double boxed for safe shipment and all items are insured. If you received your package damaged contact us within 5 days of receiving damaged merchandise and let us know, so we can send a replacement. All merchandise is free from defect or it will be replaced at no cost to you.


I would like an order to be shipped as a gift, do you do that?

-YES! Provide us with the name and address of the gift recipient and we will ship your order to them for you. (It will not be gift wrapped, though. Items are shipped directly from the warehouse and they do not offer that service). The packaging invoice does not include any details of payments made, so they will never know how much you paid. We will contact you only with a tracking number, if the gift recipient received the package damaged, you, the purchaser must contact us. We will only work with the purchaser regarding any orders, we will not work with any third party which would be the gift recipient.


Where do you ship?

-The Warehouse only ships within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico (no PO boxes).
But I do not want to leave out my international friends. So if you live outside the area listed, please contact me. I am willing to be a 'middle man' for free, as long as you pay all shipping costs, which may be a separate invoice (because I would have to get the product first and physically go to the post office to find out the shipping costs).
* I will do the same for military families as the warehouse does not ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.

Do you give discounts to Military or Seniors?

-Of course! I like to 'wheel and deal' so let me know if you like free shipping (within the US) or 20% off your purchase. I wish I could do more for our men and women in service to our country, but I do have to make a living too.
*Plus, I am offering the discount to any CDL holder.( I have a 'soft spot' for truckers. Both my husband and I have CDLs and we used to do over the road. So I REALLY know how hard it can be to shop, and to ship, gifts to family!)


How do I know if my item is in stock?

-We have a very large inventory on every item we sell. On a rare occasion that an item may go out of stock, we will contact you immediately and let you know when it will be available. IF an item becomes unavailable (out of stock completely, like with seasonal items) a full refund will be given.


Why does some items have a Prop 65 Warning on them?

-Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (CA), was enacted as a ballot initiative in November 1986. The Proposition was intended by its authors to protect California citizens and the State's drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals.
All products are required to meet applicable federal standards for food safety. However, the materials used in printing the decorations found on the exterior of some ceramic and glass products contain trace amounts of lead and cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Retailers are required to place a warning sign near displays of the listed products, and e-tailers must put a warning on their websites.
